About the job Accounts Payable
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work on the invoices received from other departments and other requests for payments.
- Issuing checks with required amounts on timely basis
- Calculate Taxation discount value and issue invoices.
- Work on the Petty Cash Documentation & Issuing Checks or Transfers
- Prepare Expenses to Related Accounts and Cost Centers
- Prepare Payment Report for Purchasing Process
- Prepare Analysis for vendor accounts.
- Prepare certain Accounts Analysis for expenses.
- Work on the payments and data analysis of Capex & Opex invoices
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE :- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree in accounting.
- 2-4 Years of experience in accounting department.
