BIM Manager

-Reviewing the Employers Information Requirements (EIRs), which is a document
outlining the client’s needs, so that every team member knows what they need to do.
-Using an EIR document to create a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), which outlines how the
client’s requirements will be met.
-Monitoring the performance of an entire supply chain to ensure effectiveness and
providing additional training when necessary.
-Storing and integrating the necessary asset data.
-Setting up and managing a CDE and aligning the BIM workflows.
-Acting as the intermediary between clients and the modeling team so that projects remain
efficient and effective.
-Working closely with the BIM team, who are responsible for producing project information
models. 
-Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.
-Training or upskilling clients and team members in BIM software programs
-Ensuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they need.
-Producing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM
implementation.
-Keeping up to date with advancements in building technology
-Driving the implementation of digital information plans and strategies
-Leading meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues.
-Overseeing BIM budgets
-Supporting the career development, coaching, and mentoring of a team of staff
-Raising the profile of BIM across departments and teams
-Being up to date with the latest industry standards and adhering to them in projects.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or any relevant engineering from
a well-known university
-Postgraduates’ degree is a plus
-Experience in an AEC role ( at least 3 Years).
-Familiarity with the modeling process in BIM.
-Excellent IT skills.
-Great verbal and written communication skills.
-Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
-Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
