Job Description

  • Assist in defining culture transformation required, design, implement it and nurture it, so it supports the organizational strategy.
  • Architect and create experiences that prompt mindset shifts.
  • Work proactively and reactively to facilitate transformation.
  • Track the cultural health to make sure it's working for - not against - the organization.
  • Assess the gap between the current culture and the desired culture.
  • Work with other stakeholders to ensure proper definition of purpose and work on its evolvement if needed, values and behaviours so they support organizational transformation.
  • Coordinate with related stakeholders to adjust and align any policies, processes and practices that block new ways of working.
  • Assist in driving mindset and behaviour change with the right communications, training, and talent processes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Assist in the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
