To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Industrial Engineer]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].

Detailed description of main activities:

- Calculate & define needed capacity of Equipment, Facilities, Lines …etc. for All Production areas.
- Calculate & set  the OEE Target.
- Calculate the productivity Target.        
- Define & improve the Production concept.
- Design Stations & workplace taking into consideration ergonomics standards.
- Create & improve Line Balancing.
- Ensure the Process definition according Standard “GUM” time.
- Implement Work measurements Techniques & conduct time studies.
- Analyzing the productivity and costs of existing/upcoming processes. 
- Ensure the GUM and SWT evaluation per process during each project phase  (usage of standard table).
- Ensure the Evaluation and follow up of missing operation in GUM time with Central Functions and engineering department.
- Ensure a smooth ramp-up of Lines start-up.
- Participate in wire tuning/Optimization activity on each project phase.
- Participate in PFMEA Activities.
- Creates &  updates the Plant layout.        
- Lead & Participate in Productivity Improvement Activities.
- Lead & Participate in OEE Improvement Activities.
- Strive to implement improvement ideas affecting all business KPIs.
- support the preparation of  Budget expenses planning covering the department needs & any related Production needs.        
- Follow and respect 5S rules.
- Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations  (IATF 16949), the implementation  of YEL/YEG Procedures, the implementation of all work standards and rules related to ISO 45001 and the  5S.
- Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR).
- Undergoes & action any other Tasks given by the Management required for business needs within relevant areas of responsibility & expertise.
 

Job Qualifications:

- BSc. Engineering. , (Preferred Production/Industrial Engineering Major)
- 1-3 years of experience preferred in same industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power point ….etc.)
