Budget Management: Develop and manage the logistics budget, tracking actual spending against forecasts and identifying opportunities for cost savings (e.
g., optimizing freight lanes and batch sizes).
2. Network Strategy & Optimization Process Design: Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes, from card order placement to last-mile delivery.
Distribution Strategy: Evaluate and implement optimal distribution networks, including defining the most efficient use of internal distribution points (DPs) versus direct shipping methods.
Cost & Efficiency Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of logistics metrics (e.
g., cost per card, fulfillment cycle time, defect rates) to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
3. Vendor and Contract Management Sourcing Support: Support the procurement team by providing data and requirements for selecting and contracting new card manufacturers, personalization bureaus, and secure courier services.
Performance Review: Establish and monitor advanced Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for vendors and conduct strategic business reviews to ensure they meet long-term partnership goals and scalability needs.
4. System & Data Integrity System Enhancement: Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to define requirements for enhancing the TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and inventory tracking modules to improve data accuracy and automation.
Data Reporting: Generate high-level reports and dashboards for executive review, providing strategic insights into supply chain performance, risk exposure, and future capacity needs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills for coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal sales/Customer Success/production teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
2-5 years of direct experience in logistics planning, transportation, or supply chain.
Proven track record in optimizing routes, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments.
Proficiency with CRM systems, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for reporting and analysis.
Ability to quickly analyze data, spot issues (e.
g., delays, costs), and implement solutions.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.
