Responsibilities 


 


  • Develop and execute advertising strategies that deliver on the key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals 
  • Own the channels strategy and management across the performance marketing mix, including paid social, search, display, affiliates, sponsored content, email marketing, direct marketing CRM, and more
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, ROI, and your E2E impact on the top line of the business
  • Drive engagement and conversion through targeting, creativity, and testing… at scale
  • Develop innovative CRM and email marketing strategies utilizing customer cohort data to build on customer LTV
  • Manage digital marketing performance and budgets 
  • Lead an ongoing agile test, learn, iterate, and implement across channels to improve channel performance and drive growth
  • Deep dive for a clear understanding of complex multi-channel customer lifecycles across segments and creating synergies 
  • Growth mindset with a clear iterative improvement process, launch, test, iterate, scale, repeat, and focus on the end objective 
  • Manage performance marketing budget to drive the best ROI 
  • Research and test best practices across channels 
  • Ensure alignment on SEO progress and issues  

 


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or engineering with 6+ years of digital/performance marketing experience (Telco/E-commerce background is a plus)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person presentation skills
  • Multi-tasking, highly organized, excellent attention to detail
  • An effective communicator who knows how to inspire teams and seek collaboration to drive toward common goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data to make meaningful and actionable decisions
  • Experience working in digital media ads and CRM tools 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments/testing 
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) and experience with BI platforms
  • Interest in looking outside the existing toolbox – comfortable evolving with the ever-changing landscape
