Job Description

Prepare reports for consolidated projects progress reports. Prepare and update time schedules and progress layouts. Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports. Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s). Participate in enhancing BIM unit process & output. Manage / Update BIM Project Documents. Participate in central planning related meetings. Report the status of the project(s) to support decision making. Participate in the monthly deliverables of the controls department. Resolve any claims raised by the Contractors working for the project. Propose corrective actions to bring the project(s) back on track. Participate in preparing the tender documents. Participate in enhancing the department’s procedures. Database update and CRM analysis. Preparing and updating Central reports

Skills

Education

Bachelor Degree in Civil or Construction Management. Relevant post-graduate studies is preferred.

Work Experience

0 – 3 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling of construction projects

PC Knowledge

Technical skills

Good knowledge in using planning and scheduling principals, techniques
and tools Adequate knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and BIM technology.

Special requirements

Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative and team-spirited.
