Objective:
Responsible for
designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and
reliability of software applications.
What you'll do!
Designing
and defining automated test cases and scripting languages.
Performing
functional testing based on user requirements.
Implementing
end-to-end automation, automation frameworks, and approaches.
Supporting
DevOps implementations, automation assessments, tool research, analysis, and
selection.
Identifying
and analyzing suitable opportunities for test automation.
Utilizing
efficient and effective processes and standards to continuously improve
quality.
Supporting
the development of automation at all layers of the application stack, Testing,
and quality activities within Agile delivery.
Working
across teams to provide testing solutions that ensure quality from requirements
definition through to delivery.
Taking
full ownership of and maintaining a robust environment, including databases and
system deployments
What should you have?.
3-5
years of experience in developing/implementing automation frameworks and
scripts in Core Java and Selenium
Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, engineering, or any related field
Excellent
Java programming and debugging skills, including experience with tests
automation tools and libraries such as Selenium, TestNG, Jest and JMeter
Mobile
platform automation testing
Secure
API testing experience with postman
Experience
with Agile and Scrum
Experience
with bug and issue tracking solutions such as JIRA
Solid
understanding of object-oriented programming
Decent
understanding of CI/CD process and tools (Jenkins, Git)
Expert
knowledge of complex SQL, database validation and querying tools
Very
Good understanding of software development & testing process
Very
Good Experience in working with a test management tools
Very
Good Experience in test design
Very
good Experience in software testing types & techniques
Experience
in building automated test suites across the stack - frontend JS tests, backend
application layer tests, integration tests, interoperability tests, regression
and data quality tests and end-to-end tests
