- Work in tandem with the Creative and Communications teams to craft impactful email, SMS, mobile app notifications, and social media campaigns that resonate with our member base.
- Utilize data analytics to generate insightful success metrics, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Oversee the segmentation and management of the customer database to ensure precise targeting for various marketing initiatives.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to refine marketing efforts and enhance member experience.
- Compile detailed campaign performance analyses and provide actionable insights to cross-departmental teams such as operations, member services, and strategic partnerships, as well as outline clear next steps.
