Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and highly effective NetSuite consultant to join our team full-time. This person will utilize best practises and methodologies to respond to requirements from the business. They will identify and route consulting and development requests for management decision. This consultant must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking and managing tasks. The consultant will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set and be comfortable training users.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage system support requests
  • Troubleshoot issues in NetSuite and related products
  • Experience interacting with Oracle NetSuite Support
  • Gather client requirements and document functional specifications
  • Perform system testing and end user client training
  • Create / troubleshoot financial statements using NetSuite or other financial reporting solutions
  • Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications
  • Complete project tasks as assigned

Qualifications


  • Passionate about cloud-based solutions and technology.
  • 5+ years ERP consulting experience and at least 1-2+ years working with Oracle NetSuite
  • SuiteFoundation Certification
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding & experience with basic ERP system modules including core financials, OneWorld, purchasing and sales order processing preferred
  • Understanding of business processes including:
    • Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Fixed Assets; Record to Report
    • Revenue Recognition; Contract Renewals
  • Experience with NetSuite’s SSO and SuiteFlow preferred
  • Experience supporting NetSuite integrated applications
  • Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance
  • Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
  • Ability to create and complete documentation and blogs
  • Exhibits professionalism at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, Accounting or equivalent preferred
  • NetSuite certifications
