- Manages corporate total rewards system including but not limited to setting compensation structure, salary scales and monitoring implementation across Raya Business lines.
- Manages the monthly payroll and expenses processes including the changes processing, reviewing them and finalizing the payroll bank transfers.
- Audits salaries Vs company compensation policies, the labor, Tax and the social insurance laws.
- Develops and reviews Raya’s Compensation and Benefits policies to keep them updated with the market trends.
- Prepares the annual business plan and tracks the HR budget on monthly basis with the RH finance team to monitor and control the HR expenses.
- Screens corporate offers; negotiates prices, discounts, terms, and conditions of the deal to constitute an exclusive offer as well as researching and comparing the current benefits schemes with the market practices.
- Leads awareness campaigns to communicate the benefits to employees by defining the campaign plan and contribute in writing and designing the announcement with details of the service.
- Manages all insurance plans (medical, life…etc.) with all related procedures to ensure Raya employees’ coverage at the right time and Raya’s alignment with the market updates.
- Handles all corporate benefits related contract renewals as per their renewal dates and handling all the necessary renewal procedures in partnership with Raya’s Lines of Business HR team members.
