Job Description

Role Summary:


The Workforce Planner prepares and produces work volume and staffing forecast, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. This position provides workforce management scheduling and load balancing requirements for work peaks and valleys. The Workforce Planner makes adjustments and recommendations for optimizing scheduling to maximize service and quality.


What Did We Order?


  • Propose recommendations and action plans for any dropped metric.
  • Responsible for the delivery of WFM reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives.
  • Handle all team escalations and feedback and work on resolving their issues.
  • Motivate team members and recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Create and environment oriented to trust, open communication and creative thinking.
  • Provide any training that team members need.
  • Responsible for performance appraisals of all direct reports.

Qualifications

Technical knowledge, Skills and Experience required:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as RTM coordinator.
  • Some knowledge of coding experience, MySQL, SQL Lite or VBA.
  • Forecasting Knowledge. 
  • Knowledge of service level Calculations. 
  • Problem-solving. 
  • Analytical thinking 
  • Good Business Writing Skills. 
  • RTM Experience is preferred.
  • Basics coding skills.

For internal Candidates:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as coordinator RTM/Workforce
  • Has a minimum of 9-month experience at talabat
  • S2 level and above can only apply.
