Job Description

  • Manage the team's daily activity, KPI's, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and requisition posting.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers including post-interview calibration/feedback with interview teams.
  • Attract highly qualify candidates using diverse resources such as job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and networking activities.
  • Source, recruit and network using LinkedIn, job boards, and social networking to recruit candidates.
  • Use of recruiting database to track, schedule and interview prospective candidates.

Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Tech/ Recruitment agency background is preferred
  • 5+ years experience in recruitment  
  • minimum bachelor degree
