Conduct comprehensive onboarding calls for new merchants, ensuring they understand company's products, processes, and best practices
Actively listen to inquiries to accurately understand merchant needs and provide prompt, effective solutions
Gather and analyze new merchant feedback received through various channels (e.g., onboarding calls, surveys, emails)
Proactively conduct awareness calls and handle merchant rejections
Work closely with the trade marketing and product management teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and offers communicated to the merchants and wholesale customers
Develop and execute regular phone call campaigns to follow up with merchants regarding their awareness of information provided by AMAN Holding company
Contact new merchants who purchased POSs from AMAN stores via phone to validate merchant’s data then aligned with the Sales Managers team to assist them linking the POSs machines with each merchant
Monitor AMAN company Facebook page ("صفحه تجار أمان"), identifying merchant and wholesale customer complaints or concerns
