Tracked and analysed key schedule, quality & financial metrics (Ex) SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance. Identified cost leakages and led commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives. Tracked delivery risks and implemented preventive or corrective actions.
