As a candidate for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant, you are expected to have a deep understanding of Manufacturing/Maintenance/ Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Warehouse/Stores operations/Projects. You should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving support issues in Dynamics 365 Supply chain. You will be a key resource who works with customers, technical consultants, and infra consultants. If the situation demands, you will also work with project managers, and functional consultants from the delivery team in Manufacturing/Maintenance/ Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Warehouse/Stores operations/Projects.
You will need
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience and good domain knowledge in manufacturing/maintenance/procurement/ Supply Chain/Warehouse/Store operations/Projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in SCM best principles and practices and methodologies.
• Experience in developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations.
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
• Extensive experience in Inventory, Warehousing, Distribution, etc.,
• Experience in designing and creating test scenarios, functional test cases, and User acceptance testing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, knowledge of integration applications, and base workflows/security settings.
• Should have experience in product master/hierarchy of the products/warehouse management.
• Experience in the DMF for transferring inventory/master data.

• Configure AX to suit the customer’s requirements.
• Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training.
• Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps.
• To configure the application, analyze and upload the data.
• Perform System Testing and maintain Process/Test documents.
• Interact with customers /Stakeholders at Customer site to understand any challenges.
