Job description

Take a lead role in acquiring, managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experience to our customers. In this role, you will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers with issues.

As a Senior Associate in MART, you are responsible for BAU MIS delivery and for managing reporting projects from intake and scoping through UAT, go-live, and BAU handover—ensuring accurate, timely, well-controlled outputs and clear stakeholder communication.

Deliver recurring MIS and manage reporting enhancements by defining requirements, building delivery plans, running governance, coordinating UAT, and ensuring go-live readiness with complete documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own daily/weekly/monthly BAU MIS: reporting, KPI definitions, distribution, and stakeholder updates.
  • Lead intake/scoping: confirm objective, in/out of scope, timeline, key stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • Build and manage delivery plans: milestones, owners, workstreams, and checkpoints; track execution vs plan.
  • Run governance and maintain action/decision logs; provide concise senior-ready status (RAG, risks, decisions needed).
  • Manage change control: document changes, assess impact, and obtain approvals.
  • Coordinate cross-team delivery and handoffs.
  • Lead UAT: test plan, defect triage, and sign-offs.
  • Drive go-live readiness: cutover/back-out, access checks, comms, and readiness checklist.
  • Complete BAU transition: SOPs/runbooks, knowledge transfer and steady-state ownership/SLAs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 8+ years delivering MIS/reporting/analytics and/or operations projects with end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong project management: scope, plan, RAID/dependencies, change control, and governance.
  • Strong requirements and UAT experience (documentation, acceptance criteria, sign-offs).
  • Strong written/verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word and a planning tool (MS Project or similar).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities in parallel.
  • Familiarity with controlled environments
  • Market Equities knowledge is preferred
  • Data analytics experience will be a plus
