As a Data Science and LLM Developer – Vice President within our Transformation and Analytics team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and achieving set goals for our firm. You will implement various exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover trends and patterns, and identify critical data sources that promote business impact. Collaborating with product owners, you will define scope, set priorities, and coordinate activities to develop strategic solutions. Your role involves designing and building data mining queries for large structured and unstructured datasets, transforming raw data into actionable information. You will be skilled in data visualization and storytelling, and architect solutions leveraging Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies. Additionally, you will develop innovative solutions through research and development initiatives. Your expertise will translate model outputs into user-friendly insights and analytics for end users.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Implement various exploratory data  analysis techniques . Analyze for Trends and Patterns .
  • Apply a range of exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Identify critical data sources that drive business impact.
  • Define scope, set priorities, and coordinate activities with product owners; collaborate with product teams to develop strategic solutions.
  • Design and build data mining queries for large structured and unstructured datasets, with experience in transforming raw data into actionable information.
  • Be skilled in data visualization and storytelling.
  • Architect solutions leveraging Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies.
  • Develop innovative solutions through research and development initiatives.
  • Translate model outputs into user-friendly insights and analytics for end users.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Self-starter, attention to details and results orientated, able to work under minimal guidance.
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
  • Having mandatory experience in Statistics  along with  Exploratory and regression data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in LLM,  concept of vectorization/ vector stores, database optimization, performance tuning, agentic AI LLM, RAG based  agents. Proficient in building evaluation metrics.
  • Experience with LLM and other related frameworks like Langchain, LLamaIndex, AutoGen, ReAct , GPT and  Claude  models.
  • Experienced in Agentic AI patterns and deploying solutions into production environments.
  • Experience in  model development using Machine Learning techniques [Data Analysis /Model Tuning].
  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Data science, Computer Science, or Engineering.  Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Analytics and BI development, is acceptable. 
  • Experience Required: 10 + years in Data related projects and 3+ years in Data Science/AI
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Preferred data querying  skills on  SQL (Snowflake, Databricks) and , Python (packages and libraries like Scikit   , Kera’s,  Pandas, PySpark/PySQL)
  • Exposure for  complex ETL development is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines.
