  • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding the software, implementation process, and data migration.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and industry best practices
