Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Experience: 5–8 years
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices for telemetry ingestion, processing, and querying
Integrate with time-series databases, message queues, and distributed storage systems
Ensure performance, reliability, and security of backend systems
Build responsive, interactive dashboards for metrics, traces, logs, and alerts
Implement real-time data visualizations and service maps
Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
Work closely with DevOps to deploy and monitor services in Kubernetes environments
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing
Ensure observability and logging for all developed components

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using modern frameworks and languages (Node.js, Java, or Python).
Build and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
Implement business logic for campaign management, budgeting, logistics, and feedback processing.
Integrate with external systems like SAP (for finance) and open-source tools (e.g., Camunda, OpenBoxes).
Ensure code quality through unit testing and BDD practices using tools like Jest, JUnit, PyTest, or Cucumber.
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of backend services.
Skills & Experience
Java (Spring Boot), REST/GraphQL APIs
Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse or similar
OpenTelemetry, Micrometer, or other observability frameworks
React (preferred), Angular or Vue
D3.js, Chart.js, or other data visualization libraries
WebSockets, GraphQL
(AND/OR)
4+ years of experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Strong backend development skills in Node.js, Java, or Python.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with unit testing and BDD frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cucumber, PyTest).
Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native design
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with authentication (OAuth2, JWT) and RBAC
Experience in integrating with SAP or other ERP systems.
Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, n8n).
Exposure to LLM-based APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) for intelligent automation.
