About FansPass

FansPass is a Saudi-based fast-growing startup building tickets marketplace that provides a secure and user-friendly platform for fans to buy and sell tickets for sports, entertainment, concerts, and global events. We're a small, hands-on team that ships fast and cares about doing things properly: typed end-to-end, tested, observable, and maintainable.

We're now building out our core technical team and looking for people who want real ownership from day one.

How we work

• Location: Primarily on-site in Riyadh. We believe in-person collaboration keeps a small team aligned and moving quickly.
• Flexibility: We offer limited remote flexibility for rest or focused, lower-intensity work.
• Stage: Early and growing. You'll have outsized influence on how we build.

The Role

You'll be the most senior engineer on a small team, working alongside other full-stack engineers. This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a people-management one: you'll spend most of your time building, but you'll also set technical direction, review code, coach the other engineers, and own how we ship and run things.

If you're a strong full-stack engineer ready to step into a leadership role - and you want the freedom to shape architecture, standards, and tooling from an early stage - this is for you.

What you'll do

• Build features end-to-end across the stack, from Next.js UI to Elysia services and the database.
• Set and uphold technical standards: architecture, code review, conventions, and the contracts (TS-Rest) shared across the monorepo.
• Coach and unblock other full-stack engineers; help them grow through pairing, review, and example.
• Own DevOps day-to-day: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Deployments.
• Keep the system healthy: performance, reliability, sensible monitoring, and incident response.
