The ‘Sales Partner’ is a role responsible for direct client value retention, getting in new logos on board and maintaining/increasing the business relationship with existing clients. You will work closely with Operations, Business Development and Solutioning teams to optimize the revenue cycle, discovering opportunities and removing inefficiencies.

Role responsibilities:


  • Engage with senior leadership to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Sutherland’s market research offerings.
  • Implementing end-to-end sales for customised strategic research & advisory solutions.
  • 80% hunting/new logo focus and 20% farming/existing logo focus
  • Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management; experience in handling distance sales.
  • Transmitting the value of Sutherland’s solutions and products to prospects and customers.  
  • Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge & focus.

Support the leaders with Weekly Forecasting, Monthly Reporting, Dashboards creation for all sales activities and initiatives



Qualifications

Job Requirements: 


  • Demonstrable track record of sales success; especially in the strategic research & advisory front.
  • Experience driving revenue operations initiatives spanning sales and customer success teams.
  • Flexible approach which recognizes the nuances and complexities of the marketplace.
  • Diverse experience of working across industries and a good mix of geography focus.
  • 6+ years’ external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in strategic or global accounts with evidence of prior success in Sales.
  • Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and make professional presentations to C-level and prospect clients.
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Huge attention to detail and ability to deliver clear and concise insights and recommendations.
