Job Title: Product Manager - Endpoint Solutions


Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager with expertise in endpoint agent technology to lead the development and management of our endpoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of endpoint agent functionality, with a focus on ensuring stability and compatibility across various platforms and environments. Key Responsibilities:


Endpoint Agent Knowledge:


  • Serve as the subject matter expert on endpoint agent technology, understanding its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize endpoint agent features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to educate internal stakeholders and customers on endpoint agent functionality and value proposition.

Stability and Reliability:


  • Drive initiatives to ensure the stability and reliability of endpoint solutions, minimizing downtime and performance issues for customers.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to endpoint solution stability, such as uptime, error rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts for incidents and outages related to endpoint solutions, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Compatibility and Interoperability:


  • Assess compatibility requirements for endpoint solutions across various operating systems, devices, and third-party applications.
  • Work with engineering and QA teams to test and validate endpoint solutions for compatibility with target platforms and environments.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and vendors to ensure interoperability between our endpoint solutions and complementary products or services.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:


  • Develop a clear product strategy and roadmap for endpoint solutions, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Define feature requirements and prioritize initiatives based on market analysis, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback.
  • Regularly review and adjust the product roadmap to address changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.

Customer Engagement and Feedback:


  • Engage with customers to understand their endpoint security and management needs, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization and drive initiatives to enhance the value and usability of endpoint solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to foster collaboration and drive product adoption and loyalty.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the endpoint security or management industry.
  • Deep understanding of endpoint agent technology, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with endpoint security solutions such as antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), or mobile device management (MDM).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks for endpoint security and management (e.g., NIST, CIS).
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in endpoint security, such as zero trust architecture and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
  • Experience with product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, personas, and journey mapping.
  • Certification in product management or related areas.
