We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Technology Delivery team and play a key role in driving the successful delivery of digital initiatives across a diverse technology landscape, including Salesforce, .NET, Azure, and other platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile practices, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver business value.



You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Designers, Data Specialists, User Experience Analysts, Business Subject Matter Experts, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards



• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication between project teams, business stakeholders, and management



• Support teams in capturing, analysing, maintaining, and tracking business and technical requirements



• Identify project dependencies and assess impacts across teams, products, and business objectives



• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring progress and status are visible and transparent



• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, status reports, and delivery updates



• Apply appropriate Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements and context



• Work closely with Product Owners and the Technology Delivery Director to define, prioritise, and maintain product roadmaps



• Drive project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring work remains on schedule and aligned with business goals



• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues while supporting teams in resolving blockers



• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors



• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings



• Coordinate release management activities to align with project timelines and stakeholder requirements



• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while effectively managing expectations



• Champion Agile ways of working to improve team efficiency, collaboration, and innovation



• Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes to senior management



• Escalate critical risks and delivery concerns when necessary and support governance processes



Requirements

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience



• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing the delivery of software and online projects



• Proven track record of delivery-focused collaboration within complex technology environments



• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives



• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, and TFS



• Experience delivering projects within Agile environments using Scrum methodologies



• Strong understanding of software development processes, practices, and delivery lifecycles



• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a global organisation



• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills



• Ability to capture, analyse, and communicate meaningful project metrics to keep teams and stakeholders informed



• Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and issues



• Strong planning, organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills



• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority



• Knowledge of multiple delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, SAFe, and Waterfall



• Experience working with geographically distributed and global teams is desirable



• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification



• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
