Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing

Positions Available: 5

Salary: 150-200 OMR per month

Location: Oman

Working Hours: 8 Hours + Overtime

Interview Mode: CV Selection followed by Skype Interview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Engage with customers through various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail, face-to-face) to promote products and services.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing outcomes, and new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Design and produce marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for business promotion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
