Overview of the role:
Oversee the comprehensive operations of Sales, Service, and Warehousing within the Electronics Division, fostering collaboration and synergy.
What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
- Full responsibility of P&L and working capital management of the Electronics division of DOMASCO.
- Collaborate closely with corporate management to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of business plans and strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage in proactive discussions and collaborate with principals and vendors to propose and achieve market share targets.
- Take charge of import planning and ordering processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strategic direction for inventory management and accounts receivable to meet agreed-upon goals.
- Oversee the comprehensive operations of Sales, Service, and Warehousing within the Electronics Division, fostering collaboration and synergy.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of marketing and sales promotional activities, leveraging collective expertise to meet business objectives.
- Act as a mentor, trainer, and guide to team members, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and deployment of personnel in line with established budgets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and explore new market segments in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging collective insights to drive business growth.
- Facilitate dialogue and consensus-building to establish both short-term and long-term business objectives with principals and vendors.
- Foster the development and expansion of the channel partner network, promoting collaboration and mutual success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Conduct regular and collaborative reviews with principals, vendors, and customers to drive continuous improvement and mutual success.
- Innovate and diversify product portfolios in collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to the division's financial performance and growth.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Audit departments to implement corporate policies and procedures and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts promptly and collaboratively, maintaining harmonious relationships within and outside the organization.

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA in sales and marketing with local market experience preferred.
- 8-10 years in similar Sales and Marketing Management experience in home appliance and AC industry.
- Must have experience managing principal and PSI management and heading B2B sales.
- Experience from Qatar market business preferred.
