Who you are:
You are a senior Salesforce professional who excels at complex problem-solving in productionenvironments. You combine deep technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to contribute to planneddevelopment work, and you take ownership of issues through to permanent resolution.
What you will be doing:
Own resolution of complex production issues for Salesforce applications, acting as a seniorescalation point
Perform deep technical troubleshooting using Apex debugging, Developer Console, Workbench,logs, and monitoring tools
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with developmentteams
Contribute to custom Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations) as part of planneddelivery work
Support release activities, including deployment validation, post-release verification, and rollbacksupport
Mentor mid-level and associate support engineers
Contribute to andmaintainSOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles
Requiredexperience andskills:
10+ years of Salesforce development and/or application support experience
Strong hands-onexpertisein Apex, Flows, LWC, integrations, and debugging tools
Proven experience handling production incidents and driving RCA
Ability to balance development and support responsibilities effectively
Strong communicationand ownership mindset
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
Salesforce Certified Administrator
ITIL® Foundation
