As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key builder turning this vision into high-performance software—developing robust backend components and responsive frontend layers that deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
Full-Stack Execution: Build, optimize, and maintain robust backend microservices, database schemas, and highly interactive frontend application interfaces.
Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of product feature delivery—from initial requirement analysis and technical design to automated deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Code Quality & Craftsmanship: Write clean, highly extensible, and well-tested code rooted in solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and SOLID design principles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams to convert product requirements into high-value platform features quickly.
Production Health: Help maintain system metrics for high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and comprehensive infrastructure observability.
Performance Tuning: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack, from slow database queries to client-side page rendering latencies.
Peer Collaboration: Actively participate in constructive code reviews, share technical knowledge, and help maintain high engineering standards within the team.
Skills
Full-Stack Competency: Strong technical fluency across backend technologies (REST APIs, microservices, caching layers) and modern frontend development frameworks.
Core CS Foundations: Strong expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA), and analyzing time/space complexity trade-offs.
System Design Aptitude: Proven capability in Low-Level Design (LLD) and solid exposure to High-Level Design (HLD) for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
Data Modeling: Practical experience designing database schemas and working with distributed storage layers (RDBMS, NoSQL, or queuing systems).
AI Tool Fluency: Practical experience utilizing AI-assistive tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to optimize day-to-day coding efficiency and exploration.
Problem Solving & Articulation: Strong analytical logic with a demonstrated capability to break down complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly.
Qualifications
Professional Timeline: 3 to 5 years of experience building and scaling software products within fast-paced product engineering environments.
Production Track Record: A verifiable history of shipping functional SaaS features to production and supporting them through successive deployment iterations.
Execution Style: A proactive self-starter who thrives in agile teams, manages tasks effectively, and successfully balances rapid feature delivery with long-term code health.
Education Baseline: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
