Job Description:We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and business processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in SharePoint development and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes, translating them into effective SharePoint solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint applications, sites, and features using best practices and coding standards.
• Customize and extend SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, and custom development.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, lists, libraries, web parts, and other SharePoint components to improve productivity and user experiences.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and third-party applications as needed to ensure seamless data flow and information sharing.
• Implement security measures and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint-related issues, providing effective solutions to ensure smooth system operation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint updates, features, and trends to propose enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, business analysts, and IT administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document technical specifications, solution designs, and development processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support to end-users, addressing questions and issues related to SharePoint functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in SharePoint development and customization.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises development, including experience with SharePoint Designer and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint features, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience in client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery) and integration with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SharePoint migrations and upgrades is a plus.
