Role Overview
Software Engineer Level 2 is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex features with strong ownership. The role requires depth in coding, ability to create modular designs, and effectively use AI tools to improve productivity and solution quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Work alongside the design and engineering team on different layers of the infrastructure, developing our application and integration with cloud services in an agile manner.
• Involvement in all phases of the software lifecycle, including specification, leading architecture and technical project plan discussion, directly contributing to the development of the software.
• Participate in design and code reviews; ensuring high quality, organisation and automation
• You’ll work with product design and marketing teams to brainstorm new ideas to optimise user experience across different environments.
• Collaborate with the team to determine the best solutions to difficult engineering problems.

Required Skills
• 4 or more years’ experience in a developer role, some of which in a commercial environment.
• Excellent PHP coding ability and standard with an intimate understanding of at least one PHP framework (CodeIgenitor)
• Excellent HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding ability and standard
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Quality systems development and implementation experience
