JOB DESCRIPTION:


System Administrator


The Opportunity


We have an outstanding career opportunity for a System Administrator in Bengaluru. The System Administrator is responsible for supporting applications, responding to incidents, and working as a liaison to other IT Teams. The System Administrator will be performing user account creation, termination, and adjustments, as well as system configurations. The Systems Administrator will need to be able to define and construct requested documents to further assist with projects and IT support.


What you’ll do


  • Troubleshoot and respond to incidents and requests


  • Provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates to user accounts


  • Assist in the maintenance, enhancement, testing and update process of the applications.


  • Conduct regular corrections of application access reviewing periodic access reviews generated by IT Compliance


  • Follow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.


  • Handles various other duties as delegated.


Who you are


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with system administration


  • Experience with SaaS applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Gainsight, OpenAir


  • Strong communication skills


  • Security and Saas experience strongly preferred.


  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML
