Lead Azure Systems Administrator - Abu Dhabi Based

You will play a pivotal role in the management of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and compliance.

Description
Manage all aspects of our Azure cloud infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of services.Oversee SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and other enterprise applications within the Azure environment.Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for infrastructure and cloud-related issues, resolving them efficiently to minimise downtime.Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to address escalated issues and ensure smooth operation of systems.Develop and enforce data backup and disaster recovery strategies, leveraging Azure Backup and other relevant tools.Coordinate with stakeholders to test and refine disaster recovery plans to minimise potential data loss and system downtime.Engage with vendors to evaluate and implement new solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Follow established change management processes to implement changes in accordance with regulatory requirements.Work closely with the security team to implement and maintain robust security measures across the cloud environment.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong understanding of infrastructure, network, and cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.At least 4 years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, and enterprise applications in Azure.Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104) and other relevant certifications.Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and security.Must have experience working in a large enterprise with familiarity in change management processes and regulatory compliance standards.
