    Main tasks and responsibilities


    1. Ensure achievement and brand business objectives are met, sales targets in terms of volume, value, and margin.
    2. Manage the brand portfolio, encompassing product definition, packaging, pricing, placement, promotion, and communication.
    3. Drive new products development and ensure the perfect new launch execution.
    4. Lead monthly forecast planning with factory, sales and supply chain, conduct monthly and weekly sales and operational reviews; Pre-MSR and MSR (monthly sales reviews).
    5. Develop comprehensive annual brand plans, integrated commercial plan, sales budgets, situational analyses, and activity calendars.
    6. Analyze category retail audit reports, including market share and distribution, and provide actionable recommendations.
    7. Lead, develop and accelerate market & category understanding based on insights; Shopper insights, market insights, market intelligence and shopper behavior, in order to create and enhance specific plans, growth drivers and tailored growth strategies.
    8. Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional activities, ensuring positive ROI through pre- and post-evaluation.
    9. Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales department to implement and monitor in-store marketing initiatives and activities.
    10. Manage core range distribution by channel, analyzing numeric distribution, must-stock lists, and planograms in conjunction with Trade Marketing.
    11. Develop, Implement and evaluate POS Material and merchandising guidelines. (Joint with Trade Marketing).
    12. Develop, implement, and evaluate POS materials and merchandising guidelines in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
    13. Conduct market visits across all channels to assess sales execution, availability, point-of- purchase drivers, shelf life, and competitor activities.
    14. Provide actionable insights to the sales team based on market observations and visits, in coordination with Trade Marketing.
    15. Ensure strict adherence to Company marketing guidelines and validate all activities and communications with the Group Head of Marketing before execution.

    Key Skills & Requirements:
    • Brand Management 4-8 years
    • FMCG Background: Experience and understanding of FMCG industry.
    • Brand strategy, Product Positioning & Branding: Proficiency in strategically positioning products and building strong brand identities.
    • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Ability to conduct thorough market research, retail audit analysis and derive actionable insights from consumer behavior and data analysis.
    • Market Know-how: Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competition.
    • Advertising & Activation Campaigns: Proven track record in developing and executing effective advertising and activation campaigns.
    • Annual Commercial Plans/Integrated Commercial Plan Development: Skill in creating comprehensive annual commercial plans and integrating various aspects of marketing and sales strategies.
    • Master NPD Stage Gate (New Product Development): Expertise in managing the stage gate process for new product development, ensuring successful product, perfect launches and market penetration.
