As a GenAI Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation, tackle significant challenges, and shape the future of our AI-driven solutions. If you're ready to contribute your expertise to building sustainable and scalable AI ecosystems, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


Main Job Responsibilities:

  • AI Integration Assistance: Support the integration of generative AI models, including OpenAI's GPT framework, into the Fikra platform, aligning with strategic objectives.

  • Model Support: Assist in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing generative AI models to ensure quality outputs.

  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and software engineers, to ensure AI models enhance platform functionalities.

  • Guidelines Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of guidelines and best practices for working with generative AI models within the platform.

  • Research and Learning: Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, exploring new techniques and methodologies beneficial to the platform's evolution.

  • Team Support: Collaborate with and support the GenAI team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning.

  • Cost Management Assistance: Contribute to cost management, fine-tuning, semantic search, and embedding optimization efforts.

Requirements

Needed Competencies:

  • AI Strategy

  • AI/ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Programming (Python, Java)
  • NLP and Computer Vision

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong foundation in AI concepts and techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, including OpenAI's GPT, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and ML models.
  • Commitment to ethical AI practices.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Time management and teamwork abilities.

Preferences:

  • Previous experience in an AI-focused team.
  • Exposure to building and deploying AI models in real-world applications.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and product management.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL.


Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
