Job Description

A Showroom Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in a showroom setting. They will assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, process sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome customers to the showroom
  2. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
  3. Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
  4. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
  5. Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
  6. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
