Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Kuwait. The representative will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional sales support. Daily responsibilities include responding to all incoming calls from customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, resolve problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the company’s products or services. The role requires effective communication and the ability to deliver excellent sales and customer service in alignment with Nor Noyau’s standards.
Qualifications
· Bilingual: Native Arabic speaker with fluency in Arabic and English is must
· Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including basic software applications and data entry
· Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
· Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
· Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
