Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join our dynamic team. The CLO will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of our organization and providing expert advice to senior management on legal strategies and issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in legal affairs, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.


1.    Legal Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies to support and advance the company's objectives while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.


2.    Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder communications, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

3.    Contracts and Agreements: Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests and minimize exposure to legal liabilities.

4.    Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable legal requirements. Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities across all aspects of the business and provide proactive guidance to mitigate risks effectively.

5.    Litigation Management: Manage all legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations involving the company, including engaging and overseeing external counsel as needed.

6.    Intellectual Property: Protect and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

7.    Employment Law: Provide guidance on employment-related legal matters, including employee relations, disputes, and compliance with labor laws.

8.    Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing legal team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and external partners, to ensure timely and effective communication. Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships
