Job Description

  1. Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit or function.
  3. Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.
  4. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
  5. Collects and prepares background documents for various tasks.
  6. Supports the following contacts activities: Administration of all contract documents and maintain tracking log.
  7. Follow-up all assigned contracts to ensure compliance with AU policies, and coordinate with solicitor as deemed necessary
  8. Follows the university rules and regulations.
  9. Prepares correspondence, including composing routine letters and memos.
  10. Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.
  11. Undertakes other duties as required by the Senior Manager.
