Own the Roadmap – the multi-year plan for developing the firm’s technology blueprint to meet business goals as understood and foreseen. The Roadmap includes target-state, interim states, and projected costs at each step.
Lead and shape architecture blueprints and roadmaps to advance KNET’s transformation priorities.
Ensure that all components as well as their usage are consistent and in compliance with all applicable regulatory, IT, and corporate standards and policies.
Leverage digital best practices to reduce delivery risk and ensure continuous reductions of technical debt.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and tools to provide best practice insight and best-in-class recommendations.
