As the Senior Manager Process Architecture for Product Lifecyle Management (PLM), you will lead the development and implementation of a future-proof PLM process architecture, ensuring seamless integration with the organisation's overall transformation strategy

Description
Lead the design and execution of an end-to-end target state for PLM processes aligned with the client's strategic objectives Oversee the re-engineering of policies, operating models and processes to optimise the system and ensure a smooth transition Collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful PLM transformation strategies and ensure buy-in from all users via extensive event facilitation Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the system Foster a culture of digital innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and best practices into PLM processes


Profile
15 years of experience leading process architecture transformation initiatives, ideally within real estate and development sectors. Must be able to clearly demonstrate hands on experience of end-to-end delivery of complex projects A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field (change management qualification highly preferred) Someone with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management best practices and experience with PLM systems Experience with major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, etc An exceptional communicator who thrives in SteerCo level meetings presenting progress to senior stakeholders
