Scope of Job:
Lead the development and maintenance of Client’s Digital Transformation Strategy. Ensure Alignment with Client’s digital directives and corporate planning priorities. Govern and advise on the enterprise digital initiative portfolio and strategic investments. Coordinate and guide digital strategy execution across Head Office and Client’s Office.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment
• Define digital strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks
• Conduct digital maturity assessments and advise on capability requirements.
• Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with corporate and Client's directives.
Portfolio Governance & Delivery
• Oversee intake, evaluation, and value realization outcomes
• Monitor portfolio risks, KPIs, and value realization outcomes.
• Ensure harmonization of digital initiatives across Oil and Gascompanies
Architecture, Data & Platforms
• Advise IT/OT teams on target architecture and enterprisesolutions.
• Guide enterprise data governance, analytics, and cloudenablement.
• Promote standardized digital platforms, automation, andadvanced technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
• Advise executives on digital strategy decisions.
• Lead digital visioning and transformation workshops.
• Represent K-Companies with Oil and Gas external technologypartners
Performance & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure technology and business performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in reporting.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate performance results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and technology advisory.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking performance and recommending optimizations
