Job Description


  •   Recruit, Train and develop a sales team in the financial/ insurance Planning industry
  •   Provide field support to team members on regular basis
  •   Performance management and mentoring of supervised consultants
  •   Grow a team of 6-10 consultants in Lebanon to ultimately become a branch head
  • Financial support will be provided + commission +other benefits.



Skills


  •  Degree requested: BBA, BS, BA
  •  At least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales or sales management
  •  Age:26-40 years
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  •  Excellent presentation skills
  •  Approve previous record of success with sales experience
  •  Entrepreneurial spirit and “Can do” attitude
  • High achievement drive and goal/results oriented
