Company Introduction:
A reputable software and engineering company in the oil and gas sector is looking to hire a Full-Time Sales Engineer.
The company provides high-end technology solutions to multi-national clients.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report weekly on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Handle and respond to tenders, job bids in a timely manner
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Traveling required six to ten times per year to meet major customers
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Electrical / Computer Communication / Telecommunication Engineering / CCE or IT field
• Dual nationality
• Work experience in Sales/ Pre-sales/ Estimation is a plus but not required
• People person
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel in GCC to meet customers (travel time around 20% or 1 work week per month)
