The Utilities Supervisor will be responsible for optimizing plant availability through repair and maintenance of utilities machines and assisting with the development of a reliability-based maintenance strategy.
• Generate work orders for Preventive Maintenance, Tags, repairs, inspections, adjustments, Breakdowns and projects relative to Utilities sections.
• Conduct a daily check up on all utilities machines to ensure their proper functioning and execution of CILT for utilities machines as per set standards.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance according to PM plan of Utilities sections (Boiler - NH3 cooling system - CO2 recovery plant - Air compressors – Water system – Generators).
• Controlling Water, Electrical and Thermal energy consumption and conduct result assessment of deviations, issue action plans and implement good practices to meet yearly and phased brewery targets.
• Apply all instructions related to safety, health and environment.
• Participate in TPM teams and activities (fill breakdown analysis sheets, PM team, put safety tags and inform about near misses, Report effectively closed work orders)
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and CMMS is a plus.
• Good English; French is a plus.
