Hexcel is currently seeking a Production Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Actively participate in developing a strong safety culture within the plant team & ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed rigorously.
• Be responsible for SQCDM goals and ensure they are in line or beyond expectations.
• Regularly evaluate hiring needs following business growth, execute hiring plan with HR department, and ensure the right training plan is in place for the operation team.
• Ensure production planning is executed and ensures on-time delivery to our customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to define the right layout to ensure optimized space on the shop floor.
• Work on lean manufacturing projects to maximize the throughput, increase the resources efficiency, and implement and maintain operational excellence tools on the floor through regular initiatives and deployment of operational excellence.
• Make sure quality standards and procedures are rigorously followed by the production team.
• Establish department cost prevision and ensure spending is in line with it.
• Inspires, develops and retains subordinates to create a strong succession plan and pool of professional talent.
• Monitor productivity rates, inventories, and product standards and implement quality control programs.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree from engineering school: EMI, ENSEM, ENSAM, ENSMR, AUI.
• Experience of 10 years in manufacturing companies with at least 5 years in a management position is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Great leadership skills
• Language:  French- Fluent, English- Fluent
