Job Description

. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the stone-crushing industry. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.

. Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the selection, operation, and maintenance of stone-crushing machinery and spare parts. Assist in product demonstrations and trials as needed.

. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Use insights to adjust sales tactics and product offerings accordingly.

. Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including stone crushers, screens, conveyors, and spare parts. Keep abreast of product updates, enhancements, and new releases. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients as needed.

. Ensure alignment in messaging, product positioning, and customer support initiatives. Provide feedback on market demands and customer feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts.

  • . Serve as a primary point of contact for clients post-sale. Address any technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate the delivery of spare parts and maintenance services in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
