We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for one of our clients (Tech Start-up) who will play a pivotal role in driving sales through technical expertise and client engagement. This role involves a balanced focus on preparing technical documentation and tenders, providing pre-sales support, and facilitating the API integration with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
● Conduct product technical demonstrations and presentations to
prospective customers and partners, and help customers choose the best solution for their situation.
● Work on tenders and RFPs: Write technical proposals, and technical designs, and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical assessments.
● Technical document write-up: Develop and maintain technical
documentation, guides, and FAQs to assist clients and the sales team in understanding and selling the product.
● Technical onboarding: Support new or existing customers during
onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization.
● API integration support: Provide technical support to accelerate API integration and adoption
● Serve as the first line of technical support for customers, while also collaborating with our tech team to resolve complex issues.
● Minimum 3 years as a system engineer, developer, presales engineer, or related field in the enterprise software industry, B2B SAAS or Technology industry.
● Deep understanding of SaaS, API, and on-premise software solutions, with substantial experience and knowledge in API functionalities.
● Exceptional skills in establishing and nurturing effective business relationships.
● Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
● Proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams.
● Problem-solving and attention to detail, to help customers design their best solutions.
● Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic and English
