Responsibilities:


  1. To identify the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  2. Secure new business through prospecting lead generation (Linkedin), converting Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and closing sales as per business goals
  3. Conduct effective business development and sales meetings (audio/video) professionally and persuasively.
  4. Drive Clustox Sales Cycle (that includes discovery, assessment, proposal presentation, and negotiations)
  5. Recording status, managing information, and reporting performance in the CRM tool such as HUB Spot
  6. Document case studies for showcasing to prospective clients
  7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs (ICP)

Required Experience and Qualification:


  1. Bachelors degree in business/marketing/CS or relevant from a reputable university.
  2. Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English).
  3. Good research aptitude to understand client needs and industry trends.
  4. Confident in delivering presentations and engaging with prospects
  5. Internship or hands-on experience in IT Services Sales (3-6 months) preferred.
  6. Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools (CRM) is a plus
  7. Candidates with an O/A Level academic background will be given preference
  8. EST overlap required
