Job Title: Business Development Manager


We're seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to ignite our growth trajectory.  This individual will play a pivotal role in building a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our long-term vision. If you're passionate about relationship building, have a keen eye for market trends, and excel at closing deals, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Lead Generation and Market Exploration: Proactively research and identify potential clients and markets to fuel our expansion. Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including networking, attending industry events, and utilizing social media.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at target companies, understand their pain points, and effectively position our solutions to drive business value.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to individual client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately track progress using CRM tools, and provide regular forecasts to management.

Must-Have Skills:


  • Proven Success: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field. A demonstrable track record of success in a business development or sales role (Preferred 2-5 years).
  • Initiative and Resourcefulness: Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and work independently to achieve goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, articulate complex concepts, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic Mindset: Possess a strong understanding of business development principles, market dynamics, and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and adapting approaches as needed.
