What would you do? Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds (HR, technical, leadership) Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availability Handle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and rescheduling Ensure smooth execution of interviews (virtual links, meeting rooms, panel readiness) Coordinate assessments (online/offline, case studies, tests) and track completion Share instructions, timelines, and follow-ups with candidates for assessments Drive timely feedback collection from interviewers and evaluators Track hiring progress and flag delays or bottlenecks proactively Maintain accurate data in ATS and scheduling trackers
What are we looking for? Strong experience in interview scheduling and coordination-heavy roles Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume hiring Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong follow-up, responsiveness, and attention to detail Ability to handle last-minute changes and ambiguity effectively Good communication skills with a candidate-first approach Comfort working with tools like ATS, calendars, and tracking sheets Calendar tools (Outlook / Google Calendar) ATS and interview scheduling platforms MS Excel / Google Sheets (trackers, dashboards) Assessment coordination and feedback tracking
Roles and Responsibilities: Own the interview coordination process with high accuracy and speed Act as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels Ensure strong turnaround time (TAT) for scheduling and feedback loops Manage high-volume coordination with multiple stakeholders Maintain structured trackers for interviews, assessments, and feedback Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process Continuously improve scheduling and coordination workflows
